Instead of the triumph the artist had hoped for, the internet exploded with a wave of fan outrage. The main complaint was the terrible organization, which ruined the evening for thousands of people.

Those who splurged on expensive tickets to the fan zone were particularly affected. The organizers managed to set the stage at such a height that Bilan simply disappeared from view for spectators in the front rows. Angry fans are demanding compensation and inundating the singer with angry messages.

Bilan did not remain silent and recorded an address. "Moscow, I have an important message for you. What we presented on July 31 is truly the first-of-its-kind innovative concert of such a scale. There has been no similar experience either for us or, perhaps, in the industry in general," the artist stated.

At the same time, he admitted that the technical innovations, tested for the first time, do not always work flawlessly and are associated with risk. However, according to him, this is precisely how the future is born: "...this is how the new is born: through courage, experience, search, and constant development."

The singer assured that his team is already thoroughly analyzing all the shortcomings and will find a way to preserve the innovativeness of the show, while making the view comfortable for all sections of the hall. He emphasized that for him, this is not just a formality: "After all, moving forward is not only the ability to invent and implement something new, but also the ability to hear each other, honestly discuss difficult moments, and draw the right conclusions."

Dima urged not to forget the boldness of the experiment itself. In his opinion, the spectators that evening became not just observers, but direct participants in the process: "The main thing is to understand: together with you, we did not just see a concert. We became part of a big experiment and truly made history."

Bilan reminded that he always approaches his stage performances with full responsibility and emotionally experiences what happened even more than it seems from the outside. He is ready to admit that every spectator's impression should be impeccable, regardless of their seat in the hall. At the moment, he and his team have already begun to address the problem.

In conclusion, Bilan tried to shift the focus from the negative to the significance of the event itself: "...I want us not to lose the main thing amidst all the discussions: a big event truly took place on July 31. A huge stadium, tens of thousands of people, music that we lived through together, and energy that could neither be invented nor faked." He noted that this evening turned out to be ambiguous, bright, and emotional, which means that such moments become true history — loud, daring, and genuine.
