Former Love Island star Francesca Allen has officially tied the knot with businessman Ed Crossan in an intimate civil ceremony at London’s Marylebone Town Hall. This London wedding precedes a larger destination celebration for the couple.

Francesca, 30, exchanged vows with Ed, 36, on August 13, nearly five years after his festive proposal at London’s Home House in December 2021. The bride, who declared "It's Coronation Day" on the morning of her wedding, wore a bespoke, floor-length ivory gown by British bridal designer Caroline Castigliano, featuring a dramatic bow detail. She completed her look with a matching wide-brimmed hat, Chanel slingback block heels, and sparkling diamond jewelry from Boodles. Groom Ed complemented her in a pale blue suit with a traditional calla lily buttonhole.

The bridal party spent the night before the ceremony at the lavish Landmark London hotel, with Francesca sharing glimpses of her pre-wedding preparations, including silk bridal pyjamas, Buck’s Fizz, and an in-room facial to give her and her bridal party “snatched faces” for the big day. Only a small number of loved ones witnessed the civil ceremony, including Francesca’s nephew Tony Jr, and her sister Claudia. Former Islander Georgia Harrison was also among the guests, celebrating with the newlyweds on the dancefloor. Francesca’s glossy hair and sleek bridal make-up were created by Joe Pickering-Taylor.

After the ceremony, Francesca was pictured cradling her and Ed’s beloved dog Stormi for formal photographs before they departed in a vintage two-seat convertible Mercedes-Benz. Francesca had previously joked about her outfit just two weeks before the ceremony, stating, “I still don’t have an outfit.” The couple is now planning a larger wedding celebration abroad, with Francesca revealing, “Now time to plan the next. Not long now!” She has previously mentioned Italy as a top contender for their destination wedding, citing its beauty, her Italian heritage, and the excellent food.
