Nina Ostanina, chair of the State Duma Committee on Family Protection, Fatherhood, Motherhood, and Childhood, is demanding an investigation into Dzhigan and Oksana Samoilova. The reason for this is a shooting incident that the rapper orchestrated in the Moscow region. The deputy also insists on verifying the legality of Dzhigan's weapon ownership and asks child protection agencies to pay close attention to the family's situation.

Ostanina sent appeals to Minister of Internal Affairs Vladimir Kolokoltsev, Prosecutor General Alexander Gutsan, and Commissioner for Children's Rights in Russia Maria Lvova-Belova. In the letters, she expressed outrage over the July incident and requested an investigation into Dzhigan and his former wife under Article 125 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation — "Leaving in Danger."

The head of the committee emphasized that Dzhigan systematically violated laws: "attacked a manager and a nanny, publicly admitted drug addiction, used obscene language, consumed alcoholic beverages served to him by his 5-year-old daughter." The deputy reminded that the musician had repeatedly undergone treatment in psychiatric clinics and rehabilitation centers, including in Israel. "These and other facts were known to O.V. Samoilova, however, despite this, she systematically left the children in the care of their father," Ostanina added.

The deputy paid special attention to the fact that Dzhigan and Samoilova "exploit images of their children in commercial media projects," creating a "double situation of vulnerability" for them. "The life, health, and psychological well-being of four minor children are under threat. The situation with Dzhigan's and O.V. Samoilova's children requires special control and the initiation of a comprehensive investigation," Ostanina concluded.

Recall that this week it became known about a shooting that Dzhigan orchestrated in the summer in the elite settlement "Chateau Souverain." According to eyewitnesses, the rapper shot at staff and held them in the house for 10 hours, accusing them of various crimes (he wounded one of the guards in the arm and leg). All this time, his children — 15-year-old Ariela, 12-year-old Leia, nine-year-old Maya, and six-year-old David — were in the house and feared that their father would kill them. Former special forces officers called to the cottage freed the children and staff "privately," and the situation was "hushed up." Later, Oksana Samoilova filed a lawsuit to deprive Dzhigan of his parental rights.

Amidst the resonance, Ksenia Sobchak recorded an interview with Samoilova, where the blogger said that Dzhigan allegedly repeatedly beat her while under the influence of drugs, and the children from an early age faced their father's outbursts of aggression. The couple's eldest daughter also spoke about similar episodes: she admitted that she is afraid of her father and feels relief when he is not around. Dzhigan himself denies all accusations and states that on the day of the incident, he was filming a music video.

Dzhigan and Oksana Samoilova divorced this spring after 13 years of marriage. All of the couple's children remained living with their mother.
