From October 15 to 16, 2026, Live Arena transformed into an extension of the "Oscar" red carpet. Here, Nikolay Baskov's anniversary concert thundered, where the main character was not only the artist himself, but also his wardrobe: deliberately theatrical, spectacular, with references to operatic luxury and modern high fashion.

Baskov appeared on stage as a true showman: he emerged in the hall on a round platform under the dome. This immediately set the tone for the entire show — a parade of looks. The part of the program dedicated to academic music became an homage to Montserrat Caballé, the teacher who defined the artist's aesthetic. Her invisible presence was felt in every number. The style in this part was especially noble and restrained, referring to the traditions of the opera stage, but without archaism — rather as a reinterpretation of "theatrical glamour" in a modern key.

The legendary hit "Barcelona" was performed at the anniversary concert, a number with deep symbolism. Baskov once performed this composition with Montserrat Caballé. This time, the most complex operatic part was flawlessly performed by Hibla Gerzmava, giving the audience a wave of musical nostalgia. Another highlight was the duet of Baskov and Grigory Leps, who presented an aria from the opera "Turandot".

Throughout the show, Baskov masterfully balanced between grandeur and self-irony: he joked, did not hide his excitement, warmly thanked the audience, turning each costume into part of a personal story. Even an awkward moment of the evening fit into the fashion narrative as an element of live drama. During a number, the artist came on stage with his fly unzipped. Alexey Chumakov, sitting in the front row, instantly noticed and signaled. Baskov reacted with his signature self-irony, turning the incident into a mini-sketch: "Everything is falling out of me from excitement. Lesha, thank you!" — and, zipping up, continued the performance. This became the "effect of live couture": even in a flawless image, there is room for the human, and this sincerity made the evening truly memorable.

Each duet at the concert worked as a stylistic contrast. With SHAMAN (Yaroslav Dronov) in the number "Obnimu" there was an energetic, almost stadium vibe, where the aesthetic was built on the power of delivery. With Sergey Lazarev in the lyrical "Tebe odnoy" — a more intimate, elegant delivery, emphasizing the classic silhouette line. Nikolay Baskov's sparkling fiery red tuxedo with a classic bow tie embodied traditional pop chic. In combination with Lolita's futuristic silver, this duet became a juicy visual statement, where the birthday boy's impeccable classicism effectively contrasted with the singer's daring art object.

The artist's favorite fashion designer, Vladimir Seredin, was responsible for the visual concept. All of Baskov's costumes were custom-made and reflected his recognizable style: a combination of operatic scope with modern silhouettes, an abundance of rhinestones, embroidery and textures, as well as experiments with classics — from elegant tuxedos to futuristic costumes.

Baskov personally paid for exclusive dresses for all the female artists who appeared on stage with him: Philipp Kirkorov, Hibla Gerzmava, Lyubov Uspenskaya, Stas Mikhailov, Valeria, Taisiya Povaliy, SHAMAN, Polina Gagarina, Sergey Lazarev, Grigory Leps, Larisa Dolina, and Igor Krutoy. This decision turned the concert into a collective fashion outing, where the female images were not a background, but equal participants in a stylistic dialogue.
