Austin Richard Post, known professionally as Post Malone, is officially engaged to fashion stylist Christy Lee. The singer proposed in August 2026 at his Utah ranch.

Lee shared details of the intimate proposal, recalling how Malone began dropping "hypothetical" questions about rings months prior, attempting to gauge her preferences. She told Vogue, "One day, completely out of the blue, he asked me, ‘Pear, heart, or cushion?’ I told him I’d always thought there was something so chic about an oval." When Malone ultimately knelt with a 20-plus carat natural oval diamond ring, Lee was "speechless."

Malone was previously engaged to a woman with whom he welcomed a daughter in 2022. The couple split in 2024 and now share joint custody of their child, whose name has not been publicly revealed.

Lee, a fashion stylist, studied at Parsons School of Design at the New School in New York. Her close friends, including model Brooke Donovan, Matthew Madonna, Phoebe Mckean, and Siena Suder, all documented the engagement on Instagram. They were spotted together again in March at a bar in Idaho, and then traveled through Paris in April 2025. News broke in June 2025 that they had called it quits the previous month, but they quietly rekindled their romance before Malone’s August 2026 proposal.

Lee broke her silence on the engagement in an interview published August 28, 2026, revealing that Malone popped the question on August 17, 2026, at his new Utah ranch. "Austin first surprised me with a baby Highland cow, bunnies, and chickens," Lee told Vogue, adding that he also hosted an intimate dinner with her friends and parents. She gushed, "There was something so special about being at our ranch, surrounded by the people we love most and all of our new little animals. The whole evening felt incredibly intimate and personal. It was the most special moment of my life."

Lee’s custom engagement ring, designed by Angel City Jewelers, features a 20-plus carat natural oval diamond set on a thin gold band, precisely matching her earlier "hypothetical" descriptions. "When I saw it, I was honestly speechless," Lee told Vogue. "He had somehow taken all of those little conversations and created exactly what I would have chosen for myself." Angel City Jewelers, owned by Isaac Bokhoor and Sam Tack, later described the stone as a "20+ carats immaculate stone." The company wrote, "Blessed to have been able to work on this for my brother @postmalone What a project!" The jeweler has previously collaborated with Malone on his $250,000 Dallas Cowboys diamond-encrusted pendant necklace and his 23-carat diamond-encrusted pinky ring with a 5-carat emerald cut center stone.
