Olga Zueva has for the first time broken her silence regarding the legal proceedings with Danila Kozlovsky. As a reminder, the actress's lawyer stated that Kozlovsky is not paying child support for their six-year-old daughter, Oda Valentina.

“In connection with numerous requests from the media to comment on the child support case for my daughter, I want to answer everyone at once. Attempts to reach a peaceful agreement began back in October 2025. Since this was not possible, in April of this year I filed a lawsuit. I am not asking for anything more than what my daughter is entitled to by the laws of the Russian Federation. Therefore, instead of discussing when exactly I filed the lawsuit and for what reason, I suggest focusing on the most essential matter: the child's father, an Honored Artist of Russia, is not paying a single kopeck for the support of his daughter. That is why this issue is now being resolved in court. Everything else is an attempt to divert attention from the essence. Thank you all, I have the honor,” the 38-year-old Zueva wrote on her personal blog.

In May, information emerged that Zueva, who has long lived with her daughter in the USA, sued Kozlovsky, demanding child support. Prior to this, Kozlovsky voluntarily transferred money for Oda's support. However, after news of his son with Oksana Akinshina, Zueva, according to rumors, began to worry about her daughter's financial well-being. At the time, it was reported that Kozlovsky agreed to the demands, and since July, 25% of his income has been withheld for his daughter. It recently became known that the 41-year-old actor, who, according to some reports, receives 10-15 million rubles for one working shift, stopped paying.

Zueva's decision to go to court was also influenced by personal grievances: she allegedly learned about the imminent birth of her former partner's child from the media. This is an old pain for the actress, as Kozlovsky once broke up with her due to an affair with Akinshina. In early May, Oksana Akinshina and Danila Kozlovsky had a son. This is the fourth child for the 39-year-old actress. In April, there were rumors that the celebrity couple was preparing for a wedding.
