Former A Place in the Sun presenter Scarlette Douglas is expecting her first child with fiancé Kyle Murray! The star, 39, shared the happy news on October 26, 2026, revealing her growing baby bump in a sweet Instagram post.

Douglas announced her pregnancy with a clever Instagram carousel. The first image featured a mock "sensitive content warning," followed by a prompt asking "are you sure you want to keep going?" The final picture in the series showed Murray kissing Scarlette on the cheek as he held her baby bump. The caption read: "The exciting news is finally here. We're over the moon to announce, we're having a baby."

This joyous news comes after Douglas revealed in a 2024 interview on Lorraine that she had frozen her eggs. At the time, she expressed, "I never thought I'd be 37 and no man, no husband, no baby. So I figured that as a career-driven woman it's been fantastic, but I do want to have a family, so I have to take my future into my own hands, and just prepare myself for having kids at a later date." She added, "I would still of course love to have a child naturally but that might not be the case so this is something I had to do as a back up."

Congratulations have been pouring in for the couple. Oti Mabuse commented, "I saw you at the baby show Friday. didn’t want to disturb congratulations." MAFS expert Charlene Douglas wrote, "Yay! Amazing news....sooooo happy for you both. Congratulations," and Fleur East chimed in with, "Wooo! Congratulations." Douglas was recently spotted attending The Baby Show in London.
