Bonnie Wright, known to fans as Ginny Weasley from the Harry Potter films, has welcomed her second child with husband Andrew Lococo. The couple announced the arrival of their son, Aster Sky Wright Lococo, who was born at home on September 28. Wright, 35, shared the news on October 17 with photos of the newborn, explaining his name is "named after the star-shaped flower." She added that "Our little star has been showered in love by his big brother Elio. Thank you universe for my loving bundle of boys!"

This happy news follows Wright's pregnancy announcement on Easter Sunday. She shared two photos of her then-2-year-old son, Elio Ocean Wright Lococo, on her lap, writing, "Two babies on my lap, our second little earthling joining us this autumn!!" One picture showed Elio appearing to kiss his mother's stomach. The announcement garnered well-wishes from friends and fans, including her Harry Potter co-star Evanna Lynch, who commented, "Ahhh congratulations Bonnie!!!", and Daniel Radcliffe's stunt double, David Holmes, who wrote, "Congratulations, Bonnie."

Wright and Lococo, who also share 3-year-old Elio, first sparked romance rumors in 2020 and married in 2022. Wright, who runs the family outdoors club Earthling, frequently posts about her experiences in nature with Elio. She previously shared that "These days have been spent getting closer to the land, watching Elio and Andrew sift compost and play in the garden," and spoke of "Building trains and puzzles with Elio. Watching him grow into this determined, chatty, funny and busy little boy who always has time to stop for a kiss and a cuddle."

When Elio was born in September 2023, Wright announced, "We’re all healthy and happy. Andrew and I are so in love with our sun! So grateful for our birth team that have held our hands throughout and made the journey so joyous and expanding." She described birth as a "wild experience" and thanked her medical team, stating, "Birth workers are amazing." She also praised her husband, "Lastly thanks to Andrew my rock throughout birth quite literally as I squeezed onto you so tight and you never wavered. Elio has the most tender loving papa."
