Chrishell Stause has made her first public appearance since her four-year relationship with G Flip ended. The "Selling Sunset" alum was seen walking her dog, Peace, in Los Angeles on Wednesday, November 4, 2026.

For the outing, Stause was fully glammed up, sporting a full face of makeup and her hair styled in waves. She wore a striped, cropped tank top, black sweats, pink Givenchy sandal slides, and a long trench coat. The real estate agent has maintained a low profile since she announced her split from G Flip last week in an emotional Instagram video.

In the video, Stause admitted, "That’s not hard for me, because I’m in love with this person," explaining that she doesn't "have all the information and the reasons" for their breakup. She continued, "I’m sure just like always with time you get the lessons you’re meant to get. And I know that will happen and I’m gonna heal and everything’s gonna be fine."

Days later, a report from the Daily Mail suggested the couple's frequent arguments led to their split, with G Flip reportedly disliking "the drama." The outlet also reported that the strain on their relationship intensified after Stause left "Selling Sunset" last year after nine seasons. A source told the Daily Mail that "The strain started to show as Chrishell became demanding," adding that she is "very ambitious."

"She wanted to be on a big reality TV show after Selling Sunset, she felt she deserved that, but it didn’t materialize because Hollywood is tricky," the source claimed. The insider further alleged that Stause "wanted all of G Flip’s time and attention" and that everything "became all about Chrishell." "She wanted to be catered to," the source claimed, "But G Flip has their own career."

Meanwhile, a source close to the situation revealed that G Flip, who uses they/them pronouns, "got really fed up" with the situation and "couldn’t take it anymore." While many who knew the couple found the split "shocking" because they were allegedly "so happy and seemed so in love," Stause’s former "Selling Sunset" co-star Bre Tiesi stated last month that she was "not surprised" by the breakup. The reality star and the Australian musician, whose real name is Georgia Flipp, started dating in March 2022 and were married in several unofficial ceremonies.
