The Princess of Wales has officially resumed a full schedule of royal engagements, marking a triumphant return to public life with the launch of a landmark early childhood development initiative. Kate Middleton, 44, appeared radiant and energized as she visited a children's center in East London on Tuesday morning, unveiling "Bright Beginnings" — a nationwide program designed to provide mental health support to children under five and their families.

The initiative, which Kate has reportedly been developing throughout her recovery period, will partner with the NHS and over 200 local community organizations to establish early intervention programs across England and Wales. The program received an initial funding commitment of 50 million pounds from the government, with additional private donations bringing the total to nearly 80 million pounds.
