The settlement documents reveal explosive claims that Scaglia, who purchased Elite Models in 2011, spent years siphoning cash from the famed firm. He allegedly used company funds to acquire two Bentleys, a Porsche, and Van Cleef & Arpels jewelry, among other luxury items.
Scaglia appointed Haart as CEO of Elite Models in March 2019, and the couple married later that year.
