St. Petersburg brand AURORA.luxe is turning the business wardrobe into a collectible: founder Julia Margo has presented a capsule of women's and men's clothing made from premium-grade silk, created in collaboration with artist Ivan Slavinsky.

In AURORA.luxe's new capsule, the familiar idea of the business suit gets an almost museum-like extension: instead of neutral severity — silk, signature prints and painting transferred onto fabric. Ivan Slavinsky, a master of fantastic realism, contributed his own works to the collection, and the phantasmagoric narratives, metaphors and plastic riddles characteristic of his artistic style literally move from canvas to silhouette. Critics find echoes of Vrubel, Degas and Petrov-Vodkin in these images, but in AURORA.luxe's version they no longer sound like a quotation from art history — they read as part of a modern wardrobe, for negotiations, private dinners, business trips and appearances where status is signaled not by a logo, but by the level of the fabric, the cut and the concept. Each print is created around the client's personal preferences, so the capsule functions not as a seasonal line but as an individual, premium-level commission. "For me, clothing is also art — only instead of a canvas there is silk, and instead of a frame, the silhouette of the person wearing the piece," says AURORA.luxe founder Julia Margo. "It matters to me that a piece doesn't just decorate a person but extends their personality: their character, taste, mood, inner freedom. That's exactly why we pay so much attention to print, color, fit and detail — luxury begins where a piece becomes truly yours."
