Oksana Samoylova, it seems, has seriously taken on her ex-husband, rapper Djigan. Defenders of the social media star revealed details of the scandalous court case: Samoylova intends to protect her four children from their father. After the closed hearing on , lawyers Marina Dubrovskaya and Irina Kuznetsova, representing Oksana's interests, shared new details of the drama with the press.
It turned out that Samoylova is considering a strict limitation of the musician's parental rights for a period of six months. This would leave Djigan a slim chance for rehabilitation. "Parental rights can be limited, or they can be revoked. Oksana chose the path of limitation. We understand that Oksana hopes that Djigan's rights can later be restored if it is safe for the children," Samoylova's representative said. It is currently unknown whether the disgraced performer communicates with his heirs. Samoylova does not yet plan to definitively strip her ex-husband of his father status, leaving the door open for dialogue.
Meanwhile, the issue of alimony remains open. Djigan already owes a colossal debt of about 1,700,000 rubles for his four children with Oksana, as of . Djigan's representatives decline to comment.
Recall that in September, Oksana Samoylova demanded through the court that the place of residence of all four children be determined with her, leaving Djigan the right to see them strictly while sober and with her personal approval. The rapper himself, whose real name is Denis, is currently undergoing treatment in an elite institution. However, there are rumors that the rehabilitation is proceeding strangely, and Djigan has already been caught escaping.
