Two prominent power families are set to officially merge this weekend as Jennifer Meyer, daughter of Hollywood titan Ron Meyer, and Geoff Ogunlesi, son of BlackRock magnate Adebayo Ogunlesi, prepare to tie the knot. The ceremony will take place at the Four Seasons Lanai in Hawaii.

This news clarifies a recent and somewhat unusual development: Jennifer Meyer was seen with “Spider-Man” star Tobey Maguire last week, a full decade after their split. Meyer and Ogunlesi, who welcomed a daughter earlier this year, were photographed together at the Tiffany & Co. launch of its Blue Book in 2024 and the 2026 Vanity Fair Oscar Party. They also attended Jennifer Meyer’s 20 Year anniversary celebration on October 9, 2025, in Los Angeles, California, and the CHANEL and Charles Finch Pre-Oscar Awards Dinner on March 1, 2025, in Beverly Hills, California.

Given Ron Meyer’s background as a former head of Universal Studios, NBCUniversal, WME, and CAA, and Jennifer’s star-studded inner circle which includes Kate Hudson, Jennifer Aniston, and Gwyneth Paltrow, the event is expected to be brimming with boldface names. Buzz ahead of the weekend suggests that Leonardo DiCaprio, a close friend of Maguire’s, along with Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez, are anticipated to be on the island.

Geoff Ogunlesi, 34, is 15 years younger than jewelry designer Meyer. He is a music executive who has worked for Warner Music Group and Lyor Cohen’s 300 Entertainment, and currently owns his own management company, the Ogunlesi Group. Meyer and Maguire, pictured together in 2025, finalized their divorce just last week, though they split in 2016. They were married in 2007, pictured at an LA Lakes game in 2003, and share two children: a daughter, 19, and a son, 17.

Meyer and Ogunlesi reportedly met in 2023 and became engaged the following year. Their daughter born earlier this year is the first child for Ogunlesi and the third for Meyer. Geoff’s father, Nigerian lawyer and businessman Adebayo Ogunlesi, sold his investment firm Global Infrastructure Partners, which owns London’s Gatwick airport and Edinburgh airport, to BlackRock in 2024 and joined its board as part of the deal. The nuptials are reportedly being orchestrated by a famed wedding planner.
