Vogue Williams and her husband, Spencer Matthews, are expecting their fourth child, and the couple has now revealed the gender of their upcoming arrival, along with a request for fans to help with name suggestions.

The Irish star, 40, is just weeks away from welcoming her new baby and has been sharing updates on her pregnancy journey. The podcaster and TV host has asked for baby name ideas as she and Spencer, a former Made in Chelsea star, 38, have been having difficulty settling on one.

The couple already has three children: sons Theodore, seven, and Otto, four, and daughter Gigi, six. While the family resides in London, they also own a house and frequently spend time in Howth, Dublin.

Vogue and Spencer announced their fourth pregnancy in March 2026, when Vogue debuted her baby bump on Instagram with the caption "BABY NUMBER 4 INCOMING...". In a new video shared on her YouTube channel, the couple, who married in June 2018 after meeting in 2017 while filming Channel 4's The Jump, revealed the gender of their new baby for the first time.

While discussing preparations for the new arrival, Vogue candidly asked Spencer, "Will we say what we're having?" Spencer replied, "We know, obviously. Have you not told people?" before asking why she wanted to reveal it. Vogue responded, "I don't know. I just got a feeling there."

Turning the camera to Gigi and Theodore, who were in the back seat of the car, the couple asked them if the new baby would be a boy or a girl. "A boy!" Gigi exclaimed. Vogue confirmed, "We're having another boy," with Spencer adding, "We're owed a nice, sensitive soul." This confirmation follows fan speculation that Vogue might be expecting another daughter after she wore a shimmering pink outfit to her baby shower in June, leading some to believe the color was a clue.

Vogue also encouraged her followers to leave name suggestions in the comments, stating they were struggling to find the perfect one.
