Comedienne Svetlana Rozhkova shocked fans a few years ago with a confession: she had serious liver problems. The diagnosis was biliary cirrhosis. Doctors did not give comforting prognoses, but thanks to modern medicine and the efforts of the artist herself, her condition was stabilized.

Recently, there had been little news about the 61-year-old Rozhkova, but comedian Sergey Drobotenko rectified the situation. He published a video with Svetlana Anatolyevna on his blog. In the footage, Rozhkova looks pale and tired, but does not lose optimism and smiles.

"Friends, according to Jewish hospitality, butter should be in the butter dish, caviar in the caviar dish, and guests in the hotel. Svetlana Anatolyevna lives by the best concepts of Jewish hospitality," Drobotenko said with a smile.

Fans reacted warmly to the video, expressing joy at seeing their favorite artists in good spirits. Among the comments were wishes for health: "You are my dears! Be healthy!", "A company you always want to greet. Have a good week!", "How cool, health to everyone!", "I adore you, God bless you!"

Svetlana Rozhkova previously spoke frankly about her illness. The diagnosis came as a complete surprise to her. "I very much hope that I have time to realize all my plans, because for everything in this life, energy is needed. And the liver is precisely the organ that provides it. If it's not in order, then you simply don't have the strength even to get up and go, let alone anything else. Now, thank God, everything is stable for me and there's even been a positive dynamic. This doesn't mean I'm recovering. It means that my life is not threatened," the artist shared.

Rozhkova did not want to worry her loved ones and hid her illness for about three months. "My family knew nothing for about three months. I didn't tell anyone because I know cases where there's room for medical error. Why would I need to upset my family when I wasn't convinced of anything myself? Besides, they didn't announce a verdict to me. They told me that if I didn't do anything, I would have a maximum of a year and a half left. If I followed the doctor's prescriptions, that time would increase. By how much, no one knows. I made every effort to live. Plus, I'm still working..." the comedienne said.
