JAY-Z has finally addressed the controversy surrounding his name being linked to Diddy's ongoing legal battles. During an appearance on Kevin Hart's show, "Hart to Heart," which premiered on Peacock on June 20, the music mogul directly confronted the accusations. He stated, "I'm not gonna say I haven't been in a club with Puff. That's not the case. I've been in clubs with Puff. I've been in a lot of clubs... I'm not gonna say that I haven't been to Diddy's house. I've been to Diddy's house, but it's not what people think it is. It's not a party house. It's a house that he lives in with his family."
The rapper further clarified, "I've never been to any of these alleged parties. I've never been to those places. I've never been involved in any of that. I'm not that guy. That's not me. I don't do that. I don't condone that. That's not my lifestyle." He emphasized his distance from the alleged activities, asserting, "I'm not saying that I don't know people that do that, but that's not my life. I'm a father. I'm a husband. I'm a businessman. I'm a philanthropist. I'm a lot of things, but I'm not that."
JAY-Z also expressed his frustration with the accusations, saying, "It's annoying. It's frustrating. It's disheartening. It's a lot of things, but I know who I am. I know what I stand for. I know what I represent, and I'm not gonna let anybody try to tarnish my name or my legacy."
